Today You Can Do Anything · TikTok reporting dashboard

Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 November 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Today You Can Do Anything social media reporting dashboard and its TikTok connection features (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets businesses connect TikTok accounts they own or are authorized to manage, and view permitted profile and video performance information in a centralized dashboard. The available information depends on TikTok’s API, the permissions approved for the application, and the permissions granted by each account user.

The current TikTok integration is designed for reporting and is read-only. It does not publish, edit, or delete TikTok content, manage comments or messages, or run advertisements.

3. Eligibility and account authorization

You can revoke the Service’s TikTok permissions through TikTok’s account settings. Revoking access may stop some or all Service features from working.

4. Data and third-party services

The Service requests only the TikTok information needed for the features you enable and only after authorization. TikTok is an independent third-party platform. Its availability, API rules, data, metrics, and account features are controlled by TikTok and may change. We do not guarantee that every metric will always be available, complete, or real-time.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

5. Plans, fees, and cancellation

If the Service is offered for a fee, the applicable price, billing frequency, scope, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown in the relevant order form, proposal, or subscription checkout before you agree to pay. No fee is charged unless you accept a paid offer or subscription. If no separate paid terms are presented, no subscription price is implied by these Terms.

The Service is offered to businesses. Paid services are billed either by invoice (business-to-business) or through a Revolut payment link. We do not run automatically renewing self-service subscriptions: each paid period, its price, and any renewal, cancellation or refund terms are set out in the offer you accept before paying.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access another person’s account or data without authorization, interfere with the Service’s security, or use the Service in a way that violates TikTok’s platform rules or applicable law.

7. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change parts of the Service to protect users, comply with law, respond to TikTok API changes, or improve the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practicable. Some features may be unavailable when TikTok or another required service is unavailable.

8. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the Service software, design, and brand materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. You retain rights in content and data you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate the Service and the permissions you grant.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, or if continued operation becomes unlawful or technically impossible. When access ends, we will handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Subject to that rule, the Service is provided based on the features and availability described at the time of use. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or data unavailability caused by TikTok or other third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice where required by law.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If you have a question or complaint about the Service, contact us at contact@todayyoucandoanything.ro.
